Lagenda Budak Setan
this book always be the very best malay novel i ever read.. seriously.. i've bought this novel twice and i misplace the 1st one and the 2nd one i threw it away since already berkecai. i read it countless time and so thus the sequel novel titled Katerina.. but the last sequel titled Kasyah, i have never read. i know there's the last episode of this story but as the time goes by, i totally forgot bout it and i think it is timely to buy the complete set of this very long story (yes, i lost the Katerina novel too). i heard some people say this is a very lame story because mane ade org yg bleh tahan tunggu pompuan yg sama and no such pure love.. they say this is so out of mind... but whatever.. i still love how the story was written. it is in sequence and also some flashback makes the reader wonders what will happen next.. to describe the whole story, it is impossible (malas nak taip pjg2) but the good news is, a movie based on the novel will be in cinema.. i dunno when but of course i cant wait.. but i believe the movie only covers the 1st novel.. unless the movie duration is 6hours... so just wait and see whether the movie will be as great as the novel.. or not...
while i was typing this post, my fren made an announcement that she got a place in UPSI for DPLI which means she will get a permanent job after this.. haih.. smpai bile la aku nk strended kat sni.. frankly, i am happy for her but at the same time i feel a bit down since mengenang nasib and of course, kwn baik aku dah nk pindah... congratulations..
i hate fortinet!!! >:P

hahaha.. the IT dept is very efficient to block any proxy avoidance websites or applications within short period.. they are getting more and more efficient after our PM announce the new regulation regarding internet use... ohh God.. i'll be bored to death! however, as i mentioned previously, i dun really mind if they block fb, fs, ms, youtube etc since i dun really rely on that.. FYI, i dun have ym application on my pc and i cant access Y! webmessenger.. i just rely on my Y! mail to log in to ym.. if they block my Y! mail or gmail, i cant imagine how dull my life at work will be..

1 brain, 2 issues
listening to: air cond blowing sound

i have 2 issues linger in my head now..
1. government servants are restricted to misuse the internet
as announced by our PM, gov servants are restricted to misuse the internet services that belong to gov offices by chatting, uploading and downloading pirated/unlicensed material, personal relationship connection, 'forumming' and using for personal reason. i saw this yesterday and i was like... duhh.. and this morning, as i drove to office, this topic was discussed on Hot FM and i sent my response thru sms (xtau la diorg baca or x). i dun fully agree with this matter because i am a gov servant and chatting and 'forumming' is part of my daily habit which is to release the tense of doing tasks. i take it as a therapy. even to discuss few office/work related matter, i'd prefer using skype or ym instead of calling on phone or discussing verbally. my bosses also use skype to call for a meeting or short discussion. however, it depends on individual respectively. for me, i dun mind to let ppl to chat to go join forum since i know, by talking to sumone, u can reduce ur stress level, gain knowledge or to at least, to take a break. however, to 'youtube'ing and 'facebook'ing, i dun have prob if this is forbidden in offices since it is seriously more into personal entertainment and relationship. (kat opis aku pon mmg dah block benda2 ni... ehehe sbb tu xkesahhhh!!!). as we all know, internet has pros and cons.. i think every employee is adult enough to think what he/she is doing and the consequences. no need to circulate the order. self motivation is more important.
2. typical malay businessperson
i watched jangan ketawa last nite there was a scenario where a mechanic lied to his customer by cheating the repairing cost over 1000 instead of 600 as he mentioned earlier.. he also lie that he changed the faulty part with the new one but he actually replaced it with a used one. so his profit margin is bigger. this triggers my thought to think it is a typical malay businessperson misbehaviour. it happened to me few times but i'm going to mentioned what had happened recently. last week, i changed my car shock absorbers to new ones and the mechanic quoted MYR1430 with installation. since they completed the installation quite late, i add another 10bucks as a token. on my way home, i noticed loud noises from the rear absorbers and i assumed the bolts and nuts are not properly tightened. so i just bear the noises since i cant go to the workshop again due to the distance and other commitments. 2 days later, i called the mechanics to inform that i'm coming to his workshop but he responded this "sorry la bang, kitorg nak tutup awl harini.. lagipon keje byk" and i told him i'll come on saturday. on saturday, i went to the workshop to get thing fixed but surprisingly one of the mechanics said "datang ari isnin leh x? kitorang byk kerja la arini" with unpleasant tone. aku cakap la "bkn dekat nk datang ni.. lagipon dah makin truk bunyi nye". with his unwilling body language, he checked the car and told me it was because of the spring is too low and need to be adjusted. die adjust bg tinggi then blakang kete aku jadi terjongket.. aku ckp la "aku xrase pasal spring la bro.. ni bunyi kt dalam.. bkn kat luar" tp die wat bodo je... aku sabar je lagi.. then mase aku tgh tgk je die wat keje, tetiba die trus turun kan jack kete and trus masuk dalam kedai xkuar2 dah.. without saying a word, he left the car and i assumed the prob was solved.. then i drove the car out of the place, then i notice, the noises got worse and my car was bumping all the way.. i thought to return to the workshop but i didnt since i think they are bunch of crap mechanics who only chase for profits.. i went to Dori² Autoworks in Shah Alam to get the prob fixed. surprisingly, when the mechanic checked the rear absorber, he found that
1. both rear absorbers were not bolted and the bolts were not in place
2. the earlier stupid mechanics didnt put the washers
3. both absorbers were not properly assembled by the earlier mechanics who called themselves as EXPERTS of neo..
"gile ko.. nasib ko xmati.. bahaya gile org ni pasang xbtul" as the mechanic explained to me.. i called the earlier mechanics to tell the prob and i wanted him to come and fixed the prob.. but he responded "eh.. mane ade.. ktorg dah pasang elok2.. ni mesti pomen yg bukak balik tu tipu ko.. xkan la ktorg nak wat camtu kat customer". kepala hotak die!!! aku tgk sndr mase pomen tu bukak.. bnda tu mmg xikat dgn nat.. then mmg silap pasang.. aku trus letak tepon pastu.. menyampah aku cakap dgn org penting untung je.. i asked the mechanic to fix the problem and he charged me MYR80 for that.. that means i lost 80 but it is nothg to compared to the value of my life.. but i'm pissed off with the irresponsibility of the mechanics as promised earlier.. "bile dah untung, ko snyap.. customer service cam haram pastu ko nak aku dtg balik?? ohh tidak.. i even told my frens not to go to the shop in Prima Damansara.. this is the typical malay businessperson.. they chase for only one time profit instead of taking care their customer satisfaction that can leads to continuous profits.. i had my lesson not to send my car to malay owned workshop except to the Dori². the owner a.k.a the mechanic is a nice person.. he even allowed me to pay only MYR50 since i had only that amount on that time and he said i can pay on next visit or just bank in the balance later.. i'm so thankful for that and seriously suggest to anybody who reads this, send your car to the workshop and u'll be satisfied..
pheewww... what a long post..

17 again? no....
i watched this movie last saturday nite with my officemates..
we catched the movie after having our dinner in pelita klcc..
just before that, we attended our indian officemate wedding in selayang..
we went straight to klcc and i was kinda shocked since it was only very few people queuing for movie ticket.. and i wondered because it was saturday nite and where is everybody???
owh btw, the show started at 11.45pm and we had over 1 hour to spare..
i bought a dark berry mocha frappuchino from starbucks and we lepak just beside the fountain..
basically the movie is fun.. i mean i didnt fall asleep like when i watched master & commander..
even tho i dun really like Zac Efron, i noticed that he did a good job to be a young version of Mike O'Donnell (the main character). however, there were scenes that he cant escaped from being his well-known character in HSM.. the same thing goes to Matthew Perry who plays the adult Mike O'Donnell.. he cant escaped from being Chandler of F.R.I.E.N.D.S (of course my favourite sitcom).. his accent and his body language are the same as in F.R.I.E.N.D.S episodes.. the storyline is good, interesting and makes me wondering what will happen next.. the pace is also good since it fits perfectly with the storyline and the movie ends at 90th minute. however, Thomas Lennon is the strength of the story where he plays as Ned Gold, a nerd and weirdo who turns into a weird millionaire and he is the funniest element in the movie... btw, there were 2 hot cars featured in this movie.. Audi R8 and Lamborghini Murchielago.. i wish i cud have them.. overall, i do not regret to watch this movie but i think to watch the same movie again in theater, it is sumthing i wont do.. out of 5, i rate this movie 3.5 stars..
i returned at 2.00am, watched a movie (which i forgot the title) and fell asleep... ZzZzzzZZz
